Rafael Lazzini photographed by Cristiano Madureira for the first issue of Made In Brazil Magazine.
On the day of the shoot, we had Lazzini do some crazy yoga poses on top of a rock at the beach in front of all the local fishermen, but ended up going with the shot above. It is one of my favorites in the entire issue.
Made In Brazil Magazine #1 will be available for purchase online on Wednesday at madeinbrazilmag.com.
It looks like whoever retouched the VR ad campaign decided that the models should have different heights in each group shot. As if that weren't bad enough, can I tell you how upset I am that a label books boys such as Leo Peixoto, Romulo Pires, and Rafael Lazzini for the same campaign, and yet puts out such mediocre pictures?
In case you are wondering, the campaign also features Brazilian Anderson Pinheiro and Argentine Mathias Beck.
Model Rodrigo Calazans has started a photography blog, in which he has been posting some really beautiful pictures (like the one above of fellow Brazilian model Rafael Lazzini). Make sure to check out more of his work at Rodrigo Calazans Photography.
Michael Bastian went a little DSquared2 on us this season, but still his spring show yesterday in New York was one of my favorites so far. Brazilian models Marlon Teixeira, Rafael Lazzini, Alexandre Cunha, and Jean Carlos were in the show.
