Time for an annual tradition here on Made In Brazil: electing the hottest Brazilian boy of the year. I picked nine finalists based on how often they were mentioned on the blog this year, and on their presence in the media in Brazil in general. Make sure to pick your favorite. The poll closes on December 30.

Since the year is coming to an end and I am already counting the days to go to the beach and finally relax, I put together a podcast with some of my favorite hits from 2010 like I did last year.

If I had to pick a song to represent 2010, I would go with either Alejandro or Teenage Dream. I listened to both of them a lot at different times this year, and I got addicted to both immediately after listening to them for the first time.
Hope you like the selection of songs. The tracklist is after the jump as usual.
2010 was not the best year in terms of national advertsing campaigns. Lots of Brazilian labels flew in foreign models, but forgot to also hire a top photographer and art director to go along with them, and the results were a bit of a disaster.
I put together a review of this year's best and worst moments in fashion advertising to give you a little retrospective of what will possibly be remembered as one of the least creative years in history. Check them out after the jump.
If you are in New York this week, make sure to stop by Global News on the corner of 8th Avenue and 12th street in the West Village and pick up a copy of the second issue of Made In Brazil Magazine. Global News received its final shipment of the magazine yesterday, and I am counting on you guys to make sure it sells out before Christmas.
The second issue of the magazine features 152 pages of pictures with over 30 Brazilian models and athletes, in a limited edition of only 1,000 numbered copies.
