Art For The Weekend

If you are not busy taking scuba diving lessons like me this weekend, I highly recommend paying a visit to MuBE in São Paulo to view the first Graffiti Fine Art International Biennial. The exhibition on display until October 3 features the works of over 60 graffiti artists from 12 different countries, including some of my favorite Brazilian artists Nove, Nunca, Os Gêmeos, Flip, Titi Freak, and Zezão. I haven't been to the exhibit yet, but it is already on my list of things to do this month.

If street art is not your thing, stop by Galeria Mezanino tomorrow afternoon for the opening of the new collective show Das Naturezas, featuring paintings, sketches, and photographs by artists Andréa Berriel, Ulysses Bôscolo, Ronaldo Camelo, Biel Carpenter, Daniel Malva, and Junior Suci.
