It's an architecturally striking new parking garage designed by Herzog & de Meuron. It sits next to (and was designed to complement) the historic SunTrust Bank building it sits next to.

The developer who built the new garage was also responsible for landscaping the block of Lincoln Road in front of the two buildings. There's a great little park with mature trees and fountains. AND he surfaced the entire block in graphic waves of black and white stones, just like in Rio.
