São Paulo Pride 2007 has been confirmed to take place on June 10 at Avenida Paulista. I have not attended the parade in the past 5 years, but will do my best to cover it in person this time around. After all, the event has become the biggest of its kind on the planet.
Made In Brazil partnered with G Brazil to offer exclusive travel packages for those of you who want to experience the event live. Prices start at $915, and include airfare from four major American cities to São Paulo, as well as accommodations at several different hotels (including the renowned Fasano as an option), and breakfast.
If you are interested in knowing more about it, email me at [email protected] with the subject São Paulo Pride for more information. For pricing, download the packages listed below.
Depending on your time and budget, you can opt between a 2, 3 or 4 nights package. If you are staying two nights, I recommend that you arrive on Friday and leave on Sunday. For three nights, arrive on Thursday when most of the festivities start. If you are staying four nights, leaving on Monday would allow you more time spent at the Parade because it usually goes into the night.
Please note that additional trips can be added to any of the packages listed. If you are coming for São Paulo Pride and have never been to Rio, staying a few extra days and visiting the city would be a good idea.
