I was lucky to get to attend Elton John's 60th Birthday celebration last night at a sold out MSG. The last time I saw him in concert was at the exact same venue about seven years ago, and he was just as sharp last night as he was back then. The concert did start on a slow note with about 45 minutes of material I was not very familiar with, but the two hours which followed were absolutely incredible.
