Lea T In ffw Mag!

Lea T keeps her momentum going with a 14-page story in the latest issue of ffw Mag!, photographed by Fabio Bartelt  and styled by Paulo Martinez in January when she was in São Paulo for the Alexandre Herchcovitch fall 2011 show. After seeing several editorials with Lea T in the past few months, I have to say it is refreshing to see her in a story in which (a) she is not wearing head-to-toe Givenchy, and (b) she is not topless. Love that the team at ffw Mag! booked her for a fashion story as opposed to another story about Lea T.

Transreal: Lea T Covers The New Issue Of ffw Mag!

Lea T graces the cover of the new issue of ffw Mag! photographed by Fabio Bartelt and styled by Paulo Martinez. I got a chance to look at the entire editorial content from the issue last week, and it is beyond stunning, so make sure to get a copy if you are in Brazil.

Pocahontas Chic

The current issue of ffw mag! features an amazing men's story photographed by Fabio Bartelt and styled by the always brilliant Paulo Martinez, featuring models Samuel Salvio and Ed Marquezini. I finally got a copy of the magazine yesterday and scanned some of the images. View more after the jump. Warning: nsfw.

One Step Forward, Two Steps Back

Vogue Brazil finally got it right last month with Emanuela de Paula, but it takes a step back this month's cover. While the January cover with Emanuela was everything you think a summer cover of Vogue should be, the February cover with (an almost irrecognizable) Adriana Lima is a lot more Modern Bride than Vogue. It is not that I don't like the picture or the angle (the cover was photographed by Fabio Bartelt btw), but the styling is matronly and in need of a lot of help. I do like the idea of shooting Adriana and not featuring her as a sex bomb, but making her look dull instead of sexy is not the way to do it.

And btw, a different vision in the styling department is not the only thing Vogue Brazil needs. It is also begging for a new art director who is good with typography.

The November Issue Of Elle Brazil Is Devoted To Caroline Trentini

Caroline Trentini, who I totally missed seeing at the Victoria's Secret show this year, landed the cover and all three fashion spreads in the November issue of Elle Brazil. The editorials were photographed by Gui Paganini, Zee Nunes and André Katopodis, and her new boyfriend, Fabio Bartelt. View more images after the jump.
