I Just Sh*t My Pants: Brazilian Takeover At Oscar de la Renta

I have just died and gone to supermodel heaven: Raquel, Bruna, Flavia, Isabeli, Caroline Ribeiro, and Caroline Trentini, backstage at the Oscar de la Renta show in New York.

It is going to be pretty hard to top what my friend JD Ferguson accomplished here. I am freaking loving it.

Doing Couture

Because of the Paris' couture shows, São Paulo Fashion Week was depleted of top models in the past few days. Vivi Orth, Bruna Tenorio, and Daiane Conterato did a few shows in Brazil before flying to Europe, but Flavia de Oliveira skipped the fall collections here.

This must be my lucky week: first Alessandra in New York, and now Flavia, Bruna and Marcelle directly from the shows in Paris last week.

Bruna Tenório On Her Way To Super Model Status

I absolutely love Bruna Tenório, and am happy to see her stock going up season after season. She booked a total of 28 shows last month in São Paulo, opening 7 of them, and scored 7 major couture bookings in Paris. You can see more of her in August's Harper's Bazaar and on the Akris fall ad campaign.

Expect to see a lot more of her at the fall collections in New York and Europe.

All Over London: Bruna Tenório

It is only Bruna's second season, and yet everyone I meet in New York asks about her constantly. She was one of the few Brazilian top models in London this week, along with Daiane Conterato, Monique Olsen, and Camila Finn.
