After all the craziness last week surrounding the sales of tickets for Madonna's concerts in Brazil, two new dates have been officially added to the schedule: one in Rio on December 15th, and another in São Paulo on the 21st.
This time around fans will not have to worry about problems purchasing tickets online for the simple reason that tickets will not be available online. Since Time For Fun wants to avoid the bad rep it got last week for not being able to get its site up and running properly for sales, Brazil is going to be the only country for which tickets for concerts for the Sticky & Sweet tour will only be available through the phone or in person at ticket counters.
For those brave enough to endure the lines, tickets in Rio go on sale September 13th, and tickets in São Paulo go on sale a day later. For those willing to spend hours on the phone trying to get through the system, phone lines will open at midnight at the same day ticket counters open. The numbers are 11.4005.1525 and 4004.1007. Madonna Online has posted addresses for ticket purchases in both cities. Good luck.

makes me think of a slogan from the sixties: suppose they gave a war and nobody came?
