Marc Jacobs Married?

I don't think so, but my sources tell me that the designer and his Brazilian beau Lorenzo Martone did host a brunch yesterday at Mr. Jacobs' Paris apartment to celebrate their relationship. They are supposedly off to Ibiza for a little vacation together. The couple will make their way to Brazil later this year for the opening of Jacobs' first Brazilian flagship store in São Paulo.

Like his last boyfriend, Lorenzo Martone has been an escort for older wealthy men. Jacobs is in another "meaningful" relationship with a "former" escort young enough to be his son. Hope he got the new Mrs. Jacobs to sign a pre-nup?
