SoHo resident celebs such as Kelly Ripa, Bon Jovi, Marc Jacobs, and Ellie Tahari, are going to be receiving a VIP card, and Andre Balazs' birthday is going to kick off the grand opening in a week. Just don't ask me how I got this information, but the Submercer used to be one of my favorite places in New York.
