Due to fire regulations, the maximum number of people allowed in the bar will be 73, and that is including staff. SoHo resident celebs such as Kelly Ripa, Bon Jovi, Marc Jacobs, and Ellie Tahari, are going to be receiving a VIP card, and Andre Balazs' birthday is going to kick off the grand opening in a week. Just don't ask me how I got this information, but the Submercer used to be one of my favorite places in New York.
